Kent's Run

The race has been established to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and to honor 
the life of Kent Ribordy, a Boone Grove High School student / athlete who passed away in June 2007.

Kent's Run is proud to announce that the 2009 race raised over $28,000 for the
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The support of our sponsors, participants and those of you
that donated money, is making a difference.  Thank you!  This is proof that Kent is still making a
strong presence in our lives, and pushing us on!

The race will start and finish at Boone Grove Middle School and will be run on the back roads
of Porter Township, west of Valparaiso, Indiana.

T & H Timing will provide the chip timing and scoring (an RFID system).

Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners as well as top three finishers in each 
age group.  There are no awards for walkers.  All runners will receive a medal

All participants who register before race day will receive a t-shirt. 
Participants who register on race day are not guaranteed a t-shirt.  
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race for all participants.
